Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Winloq Cards, a service of Senloq Ltd, trading as Winloq ("we", "us"). Our company details are at the bottom of this page.

1. What we do

We provide an online portal where your staff order business cards from templates you approve, and we arrange printing and delivery of paper and NFC cards and hosting of NFC contact profiles.

2. Orders and proofs

Every order shows a proof. Once an order is approved by you or your nominated approver, it goes to print and cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for checking names, numbers and other details on the proof.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website and exclude VAT. Card orders are invoiced on dispatch and payable within 14 days. NFC profiles are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

4. Reprints

If a card has a printing or production fault caused by us, or differs from the approved proof, we will reprint it free. Mistakes in details you approved are not covered.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch paper cards within 3–5 working days and NFC cards within about a week of approval. Delivery dates are estimates.

6. Your content and data

You confirm you have the right to use the logos and brand assets you give us. NFC profile data belongs to you; we process it only to provide the service, under our privacy policy.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
