Privacy policy

This policy explains how Senloq Ltd, trading as Winloq ("we", "us"), uses personal information for Winloq Cards. We are the data controller. Contact: cards@winloq.com.

What we collect

• Business contact details published by organisations themselves, such as a business name, work email and phone number.
• What you send us: emails, order or brief details, logos and brand files, and staff names, job titles and work contact details for cards and NFC profiles.
• Website: our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To contact organisations that may benefit from our service (legitimate interests). Every message includes a way to opt out, and we stop straight away if you ask.
• To provide the service you ordered (contract).
• To keep records we must keep, such as invoices (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the service (email, website hosting, printing and delivery, payments), under contract and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Prospect contact details: up to 12 months or until you opt out. Customer data: for as long as you use the service plus 12 months. Invoices: 6 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or opt out of contact at any time by emailing cards@winloq.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
